Mark as Useful Caller threatened me with summons. I paid them almost $1,000 and have yet to receive a receipt or any notification on my credit report that it has been taen care of.

Mark as Useful called that I have loan with advance cash net and they sue me for 754.26 but when I inquire to advance cash net I owe nothing.They let me make a letter of authorization to withdraw to my credit card and they took already for $180.00.The letter address to Jeffrey Stewart which according to them they are from national crime monitoring dept.Are they real or one of the Identity thef

Mark as Useful I emailed mygenevewatch and complained to them about 1. selling/giving my info to a third party. 2. about the calls. They refunded all money I had been charged...I didn't cancel in time and was charge the full amount....but the calls continued for about 3 days then someone was actually on the line when I answered and I asked this person to take my number off the call list and have not been bothered since. Of course I mentioned in my email that I had filed a complaint with the FCC.(which I did)
